ALPHA CB28 COMBI?

GAS GUY CAME TO SERVICE COMBI (FIRST TIME)
BOILER WAS WORKING FINE BEFORE HE TOUCHED IT
NO HOT WATER OR C/H AMBER LIGHT FLASHING
EVERY 5SEC BOILER CUTS OUT.
GAS GUY SAYS THE (PCB BOARD) IS FAULTY.
WILL COST £200 TO REPLACE.
PLEASE HELP MANY THANKS.
