When I squeeze the handle the cable is too slack to propel the mower forward. I don't know how to adjust it. I have fiddled with the two screw-in parts halfway up, but it hasn't worked.
it was shipped with the drive belt not on the drive shaft.
you had to tilt the machine back, remove the blade, unscrew the drive cover and install the belt.

The clutch is not engaging when you squeeze the handle, due to the slack cable. You need to loosen and move the "screw in part" that the cable passes through a little further down the handle, just enough such that the cable tightens a little.
