computer keeps turning off?

my computer keeps turning off usualy when im playing games software says it goes to 90 degrees celcius but feels very normal personaly i thinks its a virus any help?

done that same thing happens it completely turns off
i semi fixed got a room fan blowing on it goes up to 80C when playing games worked good so far for an hour noisy but better than nothing any other ways will be much appreciated

right click my computer, propitiates then advanced go on system performance and un check "automatic restart"
it wont get rid of the problem but it will notefy you instead of shutting down

i have done that i did it yesterday all working fine i ran a virus check removed all of them and still same problem

Take the side off & make sure the fans are running ok & also make sure that the processor heat sink isn't clogged with dust
