If the front works ok then the fuse is ok.
Check the contact pins and plates which supply electrical current to the motor. They can stick or become corroded. They are located in the body along the right side of the tailgate shut panel and at the tailgate lower right inner edge.
If they are ok check for elecrtical power at the motor with the tailgate shut, there should be 2 powers one for motor sweep and one for motor park. if they are ok you have a poor earth to the tailgate, run a wire between the body and tailgate earth points. If there is only one power the switch or wiring can be suspected.
