My Tomtom ONE 3rd edition stopped working?

For no reason my tomtom stopped working - all it does is show me an image of a red cross striking through blue sd card. I have reformatted card and re-installed backed-up files, also tried resetting the device. Apsolutely nothing I have read & tried has worked so far...........getting beaten down by this now! Pls help?

TomTom Navigation, Satellite Navigation Stopped Working Cross

I have the same problem. Looks like you have tried all the right things. Don't know if you have tried the 'clear tool' I tried it and it made no difference.
If any one knows a solution let us know.
Not many responses on this site by the look of it.

Get on to Tom tom they must have a help desk.
