How can i fix the error E210 on my Canon Copier NP6030?

The Error E210 keeps on popping up everytime i turn on the copier. This problem did not comes out before i did a shrink from A3 to A4 size. When i change the scale, the copies that came out were all blur and i thought that it was because the lens didn't get sufficient warm up thus i turn of the copier and turn it back on and that when the error started to come out.
