my light flicker when the throttle is pulled bk ?

does anyone no why my front and back lights flicker and turn on and off when i pull the throttle back on my gilera runner 2002 modle if anyone nos how to fixs it pls tell me thanks

yh i no but that but when i hold the frottle bk in one place the lights turn on and off
