How can I fix my Worcester 350 CH Boiler?

HELP, my worcester 350 boiler will not work at all, I have no heating or hot water, the red low pressure light is on, I have opened the bypass valves and increased pressure in system to 2.5 bar, I cannot see any pilot light in the small viewing window.
Is there a reset switch/button somewhere, I can't see one, hope someone can help. Thank you.
