I don't think that any repair shop will even try to fix a broken USB connector.
The connectors of an USB port can't get bent, and can't move. They are similar to the paths of a printed circuit board, not connector pins.
If you somewho managed to have them displaced, then the connector is broken and need to be replaced.
A repair on a laptop may cost so much that replacing the computer may be cheaper, or preferable.
If you have a desktop, there are USB cards that are cheap. LOT cheaper than trying to repair/replace the connector.
If it's the remote connector that is accessible from the front of the case, then you need to replace the small board mounted in the case.
