They don't have a reset button to do this - all you can reasonably do is to reinstall all the original software it came with, which is (a) a pain and (b) not always possible.
Depending on the problem(s) you have (you don't say why you want to restore the machine to its virgin state) it may well be possible to overcome the issues by a less drastic method.

hi annette,when you switch your pc on repeatedly press F8 key should take you to a program to reset it back to factory setting's,best of luck
