samsung l201 camera ?

hi i have the above camera and i use it on AUTO Setting however the flash seems to drown the photo out and make people appear very pale, the manuel settings dont seem to help nor does anythingh else i haave tried. has anyone eve had this problem and if so did u send it back to samsung to be repaired ?
