the only reason it would be doing this is if the window is being restricted on the way up, check in case there is still bits of glass in the rubber.
to reprogramme the windows you need to hold the switch in the up position until the window is fully closed and keep holding it for about 5 seconds, but i doubt it would work in this case as the window will still jump back down due to the sensor triggering.
they usually only need reprogrammed if the battery has been disconnected. i would think the window is either jamming or there is glass still in the rubbers.
