CLOTHES COME OUT WET AND STEAMING ON DRIER CYCLE?

I HAVE A HOTPOINT WASHER DRIER -MODEL BWD129 - WHEN THE MACHINE IS PUT ON A DRYING CYCLE THE CLOTHES FINISH UP HOT WET AND STEAMING. WHAT DO YOU THINK THE PROBLEM IS.
