Low pressure lights on potterton puma 80e?

Last night one of my radiators fell from the wall and bent/broke the "IN" pipe. Lots of water came out of it, but as the pressure went down it stopped leaking. I stupidly left the boiler ON overnight and late this morning it shut down by itself turning the low pressure lights ON.

I decided to get rid of this radiator so i went to a plumbing store and bought a pipe cutter and a connecting hose. Then i cut down the pipes both "inflow" and "outflow" and connected them with the hose at the spot where they were the closest to each other.

Then i went to the boiler and turned the water valve ON untill the pressure went up to 1.5 and i shut the valve. As i turn the boiler back ON, the low pressure lights are still ON, they don't go OFF. I tried turning the mains OFF and ON, reseting the boiler...

The pressure hasn't gone down, it's still in the same place so i assume there's no leaking. but the lights won't come OFF. Would they be turning OFF imediately after the pressure is back on or the system needs time?

i would like to hear some ideas before having to contact assistance. also to know what i might be dealing with.
Thanks!

the low water pressure switch is either blocked (sludge) airlocked or faulty. either replace it or unblock it.
