this question refers to 27" jvc tv av27720?
27"jvc tv av27720 makes a ticking sound when plugged in push power button won't power up got an anwser to this question they said to check { stk 392-110} what is this? also said to check power board hi-voltage side and to unplug before checking does anyone know what to check and location,size of board? please help,i have no manuals for this tv,can't find one.
