sheet has melted into roller how can i get this out?

how can i get the melted sheet out of the roller?

I got it off of my school's laminator by removing the rollers from the machine and heating the film with a hair dryer and gently peeling it off. I had to do it in short spurts because It was very hot and hurt my fingers, but after several sessions of heating and peeling it was as good as new.
