Unable to delete/copy data. MMC Card (1 GB) with 6230i?

I m using multimedia memory card (1 GB) with phone model no. 6230i, now it is not working. the data i have copied in that card is working but i am not able to delete that data & also unable to copy any new data. On copying of any new data it shows an error like (I/O Device error). On formatting of that card it shows an error (unable to format) and formatting via command prompt it shows an error (format can't run bcoz the volume is in use by another process. Format may run if this volume is dismounted first. But if I dismount that card it shows an error (Invalid media or Track 0 bad-disk unusable).
