hi its my touring caravan kitchen sink mixer tap, the cold water flow is perfect but the hot water flow just dribbles, the bathroom sink cold and hot water flow is perfect,its been like it since i bought it secondhand in august what could be the problem?

Just had the same problem on my old Elddis Autoquest. My taps are plastic comet mixers with a removable spout replaceable with a shower pipe. A drip meant pressure loss and intermittent pump activation.
The problem is a diagonal o ring on the tap shaft incompletely shutting off the supply as the tap turns, due to wear or fracture. Although a piffling fault I dont think the unit can be easily dismantled and you may need new taps. Hope this is of use.

Could be an airlock, Try opening hot tap on 2 sinks at once (make sure plenty of water in aquaroll first) which often clears this.
Could be a leak letting in air between tap and bathroom tap. turn on tap - look for leaks under van.
Last but not least could be faulty tap - you can normally change just insert to fix this.
