Replacement Glazing bar covers?

I Wish to replace the existing wood Bar Covers which have inset neoprine strips with something more durable (plastic or metal) which can be screwed into the existing timber joists. They need to finish on the glass with a weatherproof stripand can have capped fixings on show>
