First of all he should have been wearing protective clothing and a dust mask. If not he's a cowboy and has really stitched you up. Call him back tell him it still leaks don't pay out anymore money he's supposed to have stopped the leaks with the so called sealant but my guess is he's just painted on water to make intially it looks as though it's coated. Obviously not used anything as it would not leak. I used aquaseal No5 liquid bitumen on a garage roof and that was many years back and no leaks.
If he doesn't return then put the word out he's a cowboy stitcher.
