Hoover Hnmf2605a Fridge too cold?

I have a Hoover hnmf2605a frost free fridge/ freezer which was freezing food (too cold) in the fridge part - the compresor was never turning off - despite being on low settings - i got the main control board replaced (small white box inside the top of the fridge compartment) to no avail the same thing is happening.
