Oil leak or not?

I have a Fiat Brava 1.4 S 1998. Had oil sump replaced last september. Think I have an oil leak, took it back to garage, they said can't see any leak, sump bone dry, checked oil, no oil, put oil in and still have a slight patch when I move the car. One of the guys checked the oil level and checked when I moved car back and small wet patch on the road. Is it an oil leak or not?

Fiat Brava Vehicles, Cars Oil Leak Not

If you are putting oil into the engine wuthout spilling it it should not come out!
If it does come out it's leaking.
Seems as if the oil leak is from another area other than the sump. Suggest the cars put on a ramp following top up, leave the engine running and look under the car. If the leak is as bad as you say should be easy to find where the leak is.
