WHY wouldn't my old, school overhead projector work??
i have finally got my hands on an overhead projector.its an old one from school that teachers use.i was going to get a new bulb but i noticed that the fan is moving or anything...i thought it shud be on still, even if the bulb isn't working...any body know why???
