What is the small component connected between the center
leg of the triac and the post where the 0.47uf capcitor terminates. It looks like a small resistor but has metal caps at both ends. I am unable to find a wiring diagram so need any info for this component
Mine has the same fault! Searching other sites , results say 56 ohms, 2 watts. They recimmend changing triac and capacitors at same time. i'll do a temporary fudge with nearest value, then change all if unsuccessful
