What you'll want to do is first, Make sure it's all uninstalled (In case of auto-installs) Then remove the disc from the drive, Plug your webcam into your PC/Laptop and wait, If it auto-loads and installs a driver from Windows, Then you're all done, If it doesn't, Remove the camera from your system, And insert the disc, If it prompts for auto-run, Close it and deny it, Then go to "My Computer" And right click your disc drive (Tends to be D:// ) Then select "Auto-Run (Install or run program) And allow it to run, This should solve it
