help me fix my fiat?

i put too much oil in my fiat brava, drove it for about 10mins with white smoke coming out the exhaust then the engine cut out.now it wont start. what have i done and how do i fix it?

first you need to drain excess oil out of engine top up to normal level then you need to clean breathers /spark plugs and check and clean the throttle housing also lambda sensor (wire brush it with a soft wire brush then put back)
