The GC works fine when knitting from L>R but stops when required to make a garter stitch when knitting R>L and only when left of 0.[.Brother 940 G.C. 93.] KM knits perfectly at all times
there is power in my garter carraige but will not go forward or reverse

I have recently bought a secondhand Garter carriage KG88 the carriage direction lever appears to be stuck
you cannot move it. The carriage only goes from right
to left & does not reverse. Hope you can help
