Hotpoint WF541P - flashing display lights?

Hi,
I have a HotpointWF541P washing machine & the display lights are flashing, I do not know the error codes - the lights which are flashing are;
Left hand side of m/c:
Wash enhance
Reduced creases
Rinse Hold
Mini load

Extra rinse light not flashing

On the right hand side the only light flashing is the final spin

I have cleaned the pump filter as per the instruction ,manual but no change to the above.

Can you advise please?
