You can also try TDSSKiller in safe mode. This will locate the 'Threat' and isolate it so that you can remove it remove your PC. Restart your PC or Laptop as normal and it should be working okay.

Malware AntiBytes or HitMan Pro are good cleaners. Try running either of these when in Safe Mode.

turn off your laptop/pc.
turn back on tapping f8 as it comes on-keep tapping till it goes into safe mode.
