beko washing machine has frozen?

press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds.
any luck?
switch machine off with on/off switch
select 95deg cotton program
press the start button in
keep start button pressed and turn the machine on with the on/off switch.
press the start button again several times and then switch off machine with on/off switch.
switch on and try select a new program
before doing the above remove the filter and shine a torch in to the filter housing.at the back is the drain pump impellor.check if something is jammed in it
