Edgar, if you watch the led, I suspect that you'll notice the led flashes a number of times, stops and then repeats the sequence. This is whatthe engineers will use to diagnose the fault. You may be able to use this to your advantage and narrow down your search on the internet, or give someone on here more of a chance to advise.
I suspect it is going to be a capcitor on one of the boards.
