There is a thermostat trip switch which has probably safety cut out. Unplug the unit from the mains power. Remove the three screws holding the control section to the radiator main body (two at the base - you will have to remove the wheel bracket to access the screws) and one behind a plastic cover in the recess at the top of the unit above the theromstat control. Gently remove the control unit. You will now see three sets of electrical connections to the unit main body. Select the top connection and between where the two wires meet the connection is a black bump. Gently press this and you will hear a click. The unit is now reset. Replace the control section to the main body with the three screws as above, replace the wheels and your unit is fully functional again.Hope that this helps. I have just repaired my unit in this exact way.

Mine doesn't work even when I short connected the wires going through gong and thermostat.. Maybe the switch is broken then? 3 wires go into that one so I don't know how do I go about it.

Unplug the plug, turn the radiator upside down and bring back to normail position,This should reset the radiator. If not i had it sorted by opening the screws and one on the top and two underneath (3 in total screw to be unscrewed) taking the front cover out. There is a hanging little gong.Reset it. Worked Fine After.
