Mk3 Mondeo ?

I need to know which electrical terminal is common and which are up & down on a Mondeo rear window winder motor.
I have one without the connector plug so I dont even know what the cable colours should be.
I want to use it to raise and lower a flat screen tv.
It has 8 terminals to choose from !
