How can I repair ripping silk?
I bought a dress, which I love. The skirt part of the dress is made of silk, or maybe satin. The first time I wore it I nOticed that the fabric was ripping right next to the seam. I know hoW to mend a seam, but not actual ripping fabric :( please help!
