how can i fix blaupunkt verona car radio /casette?

baught a cheap run-a-bout for daughter, which has a blaupunkt verona radio fitted. This has a orange card holder in a slot in the face of the radio. The radio will turn on but will not work as the card appears to be missing. Where do i go to get a new card please
