Sadly this is the day and age we live in, and these questions are asked on a daily basis by hundreds of petty thieves needing to sort this issue to then sell on their goods (nothing implied)
You will need to come to expect to be asked for proof of ownership before any technician or store will be keen to help you with this type of problem i'm afraid

I am afraid that I have no intention of telling a total stranger on an open forum how to bypass a computer's security and i hope that no on else will either. I mu opinion, it is recipe for even more stolen laptops. (The thefts often involving violence.)
Take the PC to a local computer shop with proof of ownership and ID and I am sure that they will be able to help you.
