My Mira Elite shower has stopped working. The motor still runs but no water comes out. I have opened up the shower and water is getting to the pipe/plastic valve on the bottom left hand side of the unit.
After taking off the cap, water gushed out and a very light plastic tubing came out...should this tube be there? And what is it for, does anyone please know. Thanks for your help..
the plastic pipe is probably the filter but it should be like a mesh to let the water through. if it seems solid maybe it is completely clogged, which would stop the water getting through. try tapping it on the side of the sink and rinsing it, if it is lime or something like that clogging it, it should come off.
