Why does my Beko wma667w washing machine refill AFTER the final spin?

My normally (slow but) brilliant Beko wma667w washing machine has started adding a little water at the end of each programme immediately after the wash count down reaches zero? It kind of defeats the purpose of having a 1600 spin speed as the clothes come out wet. I have searched the manual and can only find reference to a "hot drum" which could cause the machine to rinse with cold water - this is not my problem. However, as anyone with a Beko will tell you they have very long wash cycles so I have taken to filling the watering can with hot water and adding it via the detergent drawer before I switch on. Could this have caused a safety thermostat on the drum to stick open causing the machine to flush with cold water at the end of each programme? If so, where is this thermostat or could I reset the machine's programming?

Thank you MM. The machine's outlet hose is fitted correctly as per manufacturer's instructions and isn't back syphoning. The machine is actually opening the solenoid and filling with water from the mains (into the dispenser tray). Then it drains out and switches off! I have already checked the filter and removed a pound coin and a 1p piece but the subsequent wash still ended with a new fill of water after the final spin.
CK - I stopped adding hot water to the machine last week - as soon as it started playing up - but none of the washes since then show any sign of the temp sensor resetting itself. You said it screws them up - is that a permanent thing or is it just stuck?

don't fill the machine via the soap draw with hot water.if the temp sensor is above the wash cycle temp it screws them up.also check filter at the bottom right as suggested

more like a drain prob, when the machine pumps all water out as it goes on to spin, then when its empty it becomes a suction pump,so if you have any water in drain pipes this get syphoned back into the drum this is norm caused by the the drain hose being fitted on a nozzle on u bend and not fitted as per manufactures instructions
