How to 'unfreeze' a Humax 9200T?

HUMAX products are great BUT !! When stuff goes wrong it is very infuriating............. ah modern technology

If the unit still fails and locks up after the settings reset mentioned on this site.

Change the batteries on your remote !! really that simple yes Im afraid so.

But it still works though.......yes but HUMAX in its wisdon has omitted a battery level comparitor in the circuit so when the battery is starting to fail it does not stop working like most it works randomly very frustrating.

I have had a 9200T for 4 years and shouted at it several times

channel5 and others clipping the end of programs.... gurrr
record now trumping series links with no indicator messages ...gurrr
