There is no equivalence...one is a cubic measure, ie, volume. The other is a linear measure, ie, distance.
A cubic meter is a box one meter on each side.

1 square cubic metre???? If you mean (1m^3)^2 (1 squared cubic meter) it is 1m^5... otherwise your question makes no sense...
