cd error code in nissan almera radio/cd 2004?

whenever we play a cd of an original artist the cd player spits out the cd with error code 7.
when we play various artist cd it plays it most of the time. also when we play self cut mp3 cd it also sometimes spits it out with the same error.
what could be the problem?
