I have no taps upstairs, i have a condenser boiler up stairs, bathroom sink and bath taps are mixers and they are ok. its the kitchen sink mixer hot dribbling
change tap washer or heads if its quite new you have
got ceramic type you have to take out and get the right one

outlet of your sink mixer may have rubbish stuck inside. You can open with use of spanner from outlet spa of sink mixer as it contain fine meah and is blocked, have a go
