how do i open the case of my lexmark x5470?
My lexmark seems to be jammed on the left side and no matter what i try, i cant get paper to go through it, i cant see whats jamming it but suspect something like a paperclip has found its way inside the machine! i need to remove/open the case to investigate it but cant see anyway of opening it ..except with a hammer !!! lol...any one had this problem and found a way in??
