Matsui Combie 777800 147 TV/DVR?

Friend got a Matsui Portable TV Combie 777800
147 TV/DVR1-03 was working fine and recordering lovely then grandson was watching a DV on it now when granny has gone to record a program on it it stops after about 20 mins to 1/2 hr recordering, can't work out why and can't fine the Manul so we are looking for help to find where we can get a manul Free download or to buy one and also perhaps someone can tell granny how the recordering problem can be solved as it's doing her head in and grandson can't help. So asking for as much help as possible on this. Grandsone has been band from touching granny TV now Thank you your help on any of this will be good Thank You
