How do l remove handles from a Dorf Mixer -Model = Venus?

I have a Dorf Kitchen Sink Mixer Model = Venus which is dripping. I have obtained new cylinders via my warranty and at that time received documented instructions on how to replace the cylinders. The first step is to pull the taps/handles off, but this is where l am stuck. Does anyone know how to remove the handles of a Dorf Venus Mixer?
