what would happen if i disconnected plugs ?

The vehicle will go into limp mode either via the edc or the tcm,both of which will come up in a scan,equally it will interfere with the info to the tacho inwhich it records such interruptions for a period of time.......thats how we catch malicious drivers like yourself.

Not driving in accordance with driving license( no insurance)
interfearance with safety device.( Illegal as is interfearance of Tachometer or disc).

Any accident/damage claims you will be liable for.
Jail on top if you kill someone and seizure of assets to compensate family of victim.
