Help with my Samsung Plasma (PN50B450..)?

I have a Samsung 50" Plasma (PN50B450..) which just shut off one day as I was watching it. Whenever I tried turning it on I got the notorious 'clicking' noice as it tried to start up. after a lot of research, I found that its very likely the power supply board. I bought a new one and installed it but I am still having the same problem.

My next step then was to try narrowing down to another board that might be causing the problem. so I unplugged everything from the power supply board except what was connected to the plug and what was connected to the logic board (I left the connections to the x and y boards for the screen unplugged). When I plugged it in, the opening sound clip played as it powered up (obviously no video yet).

So then I plugged in the x board as well. then plugged the TV in and it powered on again (no video yet since the y board was still unplugged). So far so good though.

So next, I tried to plug the y board in. Plugged it in and I got the clicking and it didnt power up. I left the y board plugged in this time and unplugged the x board (i did this to rule out that the y board was OK). When i plugged it in, it powered up.

OK, after all that...it seems that it isnt getting enough juice to have the x , y, and logic boards plugged into it at the same time. I though maybe it was the outlet so I tried a number of other outlets as well....nothing works.

So what are my next steps? Am I correct in thinking that there isnt enough juice getting to the TV? If so, how can I fix it?

Thanks in advance for any help!!!!!!
