pull the appliance out and inspect the cold fill pipe for kinks.once you are sure that the appliance is being fed water .turn water off and remove the cold feed pipe to the appliance inspect for a blocked micro filter,possibly in the end of the pipe or on the valve inlet on the appliance.if all looks good ,then you will have to remove the sides and top of the appliance and check the water inlet valve.its basically a solenoid ,the pcb/timer sends the voltage to the valve which opens to allow water into the appliance.if you have a simple a/c tester you can test the wiring in the block connector that pushes onto the solenoid for a/c current.if you have power at the connector then suspect the solenoid (closed gate).if you have no power there when you power up the appliance ,then you should suspect ,no power to the pcb,faulty pcb,or failure of the timer/settings control mod.
