Way the water is not flowing inside the washer?

You said water is flushing out ,but then you are saying no water is going in can't be if water is not going into machine, ps make sure if you have a ( Y) Adapter on their that it is switched on!

Number one , Disconnect hoses after you SHUT WATER OFF ON HOT AND COLD, number two, After disconnecting hoses make sure their are no plugs in the end of new hoses, if this is an older machine sometime if for any reason you have shut water off to your house, and turned it back on sediment when water is turned back on might have rused threw pipes clogging the little filters at end of hoses, make sure they are clean , three try new hoses,make sure water valves are all the way up, to and from washer you may have a shut off valve somewhere else in the line feed that was never turned back on and make sure hot and cold are not crossed, if none of this works call company where you purchased it , I wish you luck , and hope I have been of help to you!
