Problem with soap dispenser Tricity Bendix Dishwasher DH200W?

We have replaced the soap dispenser as some of the detergent was sticking inside the original dispenser but unfortunately we still have the same problem. Have tried using dishwasher tablets instead of powder but the tablet ends up in the bottom of the dishwasher and has not dissolved during the machine's full cycle. Any suggestions please as what else we can try to fix the problem.

sounds like the water isn't getting hot enough to operate the dispenser and dissolve the tab.

open the door mid cycle do you have any steam,

it may only be washing in cold water,

iam no d/washer tec but I thought I would mention it,maybe someone else can provide a positive answer/solution.
